Blocking only Flash per site.

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere. I've searched the documentation and the forums but I couldn't find the information I was looking for.
I was hoping there was a way to block only Flash for a particular site. In this case, specifically mafiawars.com, but being able to block flash by site would be very handy.
Does anyone have any info as to how to accomplish this or if it's possible?
