[INVALID] NoScript 1.9.9.99rc1 not on dev page yet

http://noscript.net/getit#devel doesn't list NoScript 1.9.9.99rc1 yet. It says that NoScript 1.9.9.99 is the same as the most current development version.

1.9.9.99 > (=, actually) 1.9.9.99rc1
If you're on dev builds, you should already have been automatically upgraded to 99rc1 by AMO (you can find it there, anyway).
