steps to replicate the bug:
- go to http://avaxhome.ws/video/BBC_Rude_Brita ... _XviD.html
- select all the hotfile links
- right-click "Flashgot Selection"

expected result:
- selected links are passed to the downloader

actual result:
- nothing happens

notes:
- this used to work
- if only one row is selected, the link is correctly passed to the downloader

It still works fine for me.

1. Could you show me your FlashGot Options|Advanced|Show Log output?
2. Could you use Standard Diagnostic to rule out an extensions conflict?

I've made some more tries. The problem shows only with DownThemAll Turbo mode enabled (my usual configuration). If i use the standard mode, it works right. Do you think I should file a bug to the DTA guys?

No, I don't think so because they do not have an "official" API to interact with DTA, so if they break on FlashGot is not technically a bug of theirs.

Yes, it helped.
After testing some old versions of FG in the 1.2.1.x series, now even the latest one works fine.
I'm puzzled. Maybe some config file got corrupted, and then restored.
Anyway, everything seems to work now. I'll keep an eye on it.

Hi Giorgio, I've also been having problems with using Flashgot Selection on multiple lines. This has been going on for about a week, and didn't coincide with the last upgrade to v1.2.1.27
I tried reverting to v1.2.1.26, and tried the development version you suggested above - no luck.
It's working for single links.
Would really appreciate your help with this. thanks

What download manager are you using?
In the event this is an extensions conflict, could you try Standard Diagnostic?

Giorgio: I'm using Orbit v2.8.17 (I hated the upgraded version), and it's been perfect with Flashgot for ages. Browser is Firefox v3.0.10. I’ll run the full diagnostic tomorrow, tonight I disabled all add-ons except Flashgot, no luck.

I tried installing all the versions 1.2.1.[20-27] I could grab from here:

modifying the url manually (i.e. .21.xpi, .22.xpi), and I surprisingly ended up with multi-row selection functioning again.

So, I didn't just revert to .26: I went from .20 up to .27 (hoping to find the culprit, and unexpectedly fixing the problem).

I'm running ff 3.6.6.

I finally got the multi-row selection to work, thought I'd let you know in case others have a similar problem.
Over the past month I've unsuccessfully tried disabling/reinstalling all add-ons, I've reinstalled Flashgot & Orbit versions going back 1 year, I tried a complete reinstall of Firefox -no luck.
I hit rock-bottom yesterday wen even the single link downloads stopped working.
So I decided to revisit my Rapidshare account and see if anything was going on in the settings, and noticed that "Direct downloads, requested files are saved without redirection via RapidShare" was unchecked. I had set it up originally, I don't know if it changed automatically in the Rapidshare overhaul this summer. Box checked now, and Flashgot working like a dream.
Any solutions for the gray hairs I developed over this issue?
