Due to the changes in XPCOM landed on July the 2nd 2010, if you're using Minefield (Firefox 4 develpment builds) you must upgrade to
NoScript 1.9.9.98rc6 or above and
FlashGot 1.2.1.27 or above,
which may or may not be currently available on AMO.
