Download selection from RS gives me double downloads

Hi, hopefully someone can help me.
I use FG since a long time, but recently I noticed that when I make a selection of several Rapidshare download links, Flashgot will download all the files TWICE.
After canceling the 2nd series of downloads, this will give me a bunch of files with the original filenames, but a space (" ") is added to the file extension.
I use Rapidshare premium and yes, direct download is enabled.
I also deleted all Firefox and IE cookies, still no luck.
Does anyone have a solution, it's rather annoying to have 20 download links and having to download each link separately.
