If I happen to click the FF from quick launch ,I do not see the tab and the new tab launcher.If I had to open another tab I have to Pulldown Menu --File>> New tab.Moreover if you click a site in address bar FF does not give an indication of browsing (blinking circles) if it is in a single page without any tabs.
Are there any options missed out?
