Is there any way to get rid of the Facebook connect/social stuff that's invading the web everywhere? The "like" buttons on every web page I go to; the comment theads that are Facebook-based; the list of those who are fans of the site; etc.
Caveat: ... and still be able to use Facebook when I go there. That is, I want to have Facebook and fbcdn trusted, but ONLY on Facebook-domain pages and then they should be untrusted (thus blocked) on all other sites.
