noscript.forbidBGRefresh.exceptions per domain exceptions

noscript.forbidBGRefresh.exceptions per domain exceptions

Thinking about noscript.forbidBGRefresh.exceptions & wonder if actions could be extended to work per domain.

Default per the noscript.forbidBGRefresh setting, with the ability to override per domain as specified in the exception list, such that domain=0,1,2,3.

This way expections could work as a whitelist, as a blacklist, & somewhere in between. May also allow for other <future> options simply by extending the =x. Like an =4 could mean, block all refreshes regardless of focus.

So an exception of .bankofamerica.com=3 would always be blocked, & .informaction.com=0 would never be blocked.

(Just something to think about, knowing that all this is still experimental.)

Mmm, rather than inventing yet another whitelist syntax (we already have 3, i.e. "original" script permissions whitelist, regular expressions and AddressMatchers -- the regexp/glob mix used by ABE and most recent other features), I'd threat "refresh allowed" as per-site permissions in the great (and permanently procrastinated) fine grained permissions overhaul.
