Any possible way To increase quality?

So I'm a bit of a audiophile, and i haven't figured out a way to download tracks in better then 128 kbps quality, is there any way to download in 320kpbs quality?
So if the source is only 128, that's all you'll get.
Now you could transcode your 128 up to 320, but then you'd only be fooling yourself
