This may be a simple question but I cannot seem to find the answer quickly in the info supplied with NoScript.
Is there are way of disabling ALL flash content except that on whitelists. I do not want the option of temporarily allowing certain sites. I need to finish some very dull work and flash games keep distracting me!!

Put the following ABE rule in your USER ruleset, under NoScript Options|Advanced|ABE:

# This one prevents plugin content from being served from any site except those matching the "Accept from" clause
Site *
Accept from .okdomain1.com .okdomain2.com .okdomain3.com
Deny INCLUSION(OBJ)
