Cannot add to Whitelist: Allow greyed out

I cannot add any entries to my Whitelist, as Allow is greyed out:

From the FAQ, number 3.22
Q: Suddenly my "Allow ..." commands are grey and disabled. I cannot whitelist any domain! What's going on?
A: Very likely you've accidentally modified your NoScript Options|Advanced|HTTPS|Behavior|Forbid active web content unless it comes from a secure (HTTPS) connection value. It should never be changed unless you know exactly what you're doing. Just reset it to "Never" (its default value) and everything should be fine again.

That's not the answer in my case. That setting is already set to 'never'.

EDIT: I tried reverting to the previous version NoScript 1.9.9.74 but Allow is still grey.

To elaborate on what therube said: select invisionzone.com and remove it first. Then you can Allow just pgmacros.invisionzone.com.

Thanks both - particularly Alan, as I'd never have understood how to fix it from therube's reply!

So presumably invisionzone.com was included in the default list?

And I assume adding pgmacros.invisionzone.com is actually unnecessary, as all domains of the form xxxxxx.invisionzone.com will be allowed?

You're welcome.

Therube's answer is obvious if you already know the answer.

No, it's not. Most likely you allowed it yourself, albeit accidentally. Personally, I have to be careful to not accidentally Allow something when I intend to just Temporarily allow it.

Exactly. Since your intention is to allow just pgmacros.invisionzone.com, I'd remove invisionzone.com and add pgmacros.invisionzone.com. I usually make these changes right from the NoScript menu instead of NoScript Options.

Thanks Alan.

From your reply, I'm obviously missing something, as the only menu I know of is the context menu I get either by r-clicking a page and choosing NoScript, or by clicking the 'S' icon in the status bar, as shown here:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4019461/NoScriptMenu-1.jpg
(That's how I'm accessing Options, and hence the Whitelist.)

Help says "...click the arrow next to the NoScript logo in the top bar or click the NoScript logo in the bottom bar to display the menu," but I don't appear to have either of those!

That context menu is called the "NoScript menu". It can be popped up several different ways. While your are on invisionzone.com, you should be able to change the whitelist status of the invisionzone.com domains directly from the menu without using NoScript Options > Whitelist.
Help says "...click the arrow next to the NoScript logo in the top bar or click the NoScript logo in the bottom bar to display the menu," but I don't appear to have either of those!
Your screenshot shows the NoScript icon in the status bar. That's what is being referred to by "NoScript logo".

Thanks Alan, understood. (As mentioned, that's the way I have been doing it.) I can successfully add/remove entries now.

But I don't have an icon/logo in the top bar. Do you?
