(I am not a computer expert so please be gentle if it all seems like a stupid question.)
I would like to not see anything related to facebook.com while I'm not actually using facebook and I used the following rule to hopefully achieve that.

Accept from .facebook .fbcdn.net
Deny INCLUSION(SCRIPT, OBJ, SUBDOC)
but It seems it doesn't always work. here are two screenshots, first from what I consider a desirable result and second not.

UPDATE: since adding the above ABE rule facebook is messed up, nothing loads except the blank blue backgrounds
