saved cookied

I am generally pleased to use NoScript. But on and off I have had problems with it. After the recent update the problems became so bad I had to uninstall it.

I should have taken screen shots -- I didn't. Sorry.

Two interrelated problems. One, I keep getting messages about the cookie associated with NS -- wanted to know if I want to overwrite them. Never seen this message before. But neither "yes" nor "no" leads to a satisfactory result.

Two, I went to at least 3 different sites. I tried to allow script on the site. With no success. If I approved it for that site only, some sites I needed were still blocked. If I approved (or temporarily approved) for all sites, I would then get the message about the cookie. The only way I could access the sites was to uninstall NS.

I thought maybe there have been an update . . . so I reinstalled it and immediately got the cookie message again.

So I will uninstall, wait a week or two, and try again. I cannot browse with NS installed.

There's no "cookie associated to NoScript". Yes, you should better have took screenshots, because it's definitely something unrelated to NS.

At least knowing which those sites were would have helped.

Really, could we see this message?
