After upgrading to version 1.9.9.69 I no longer have the option to temporarily allow a site. My only options now are:

Revoke temporary permissions
Temporarily allow all this page. I never use this option
Under "Recently Blocked sites" I have options to temporarily allow all for all the domains on a page but nothing for allowing just a specific domain


As troubleshooting I upgraded to the latest version of FF and deleted my profile and redownloaded NoScript. I'm at a loss now. I've never had problems with it before it's always just worked.

Suggestions?

Suppose you're looking at the context menu.

Noscript | Options | Appearance -> verify that Temporarily allow [...] is checkmarked.

I see you haven't mentioned that Allow is displayed either. Is Allow being displayed while Temporarily allow isn't?

Ok, got it figured out but I'm sure that I've always had the setting under the https tab set to always. I set it to never and now things are back to normal.

Thinking not, cause that always seems to cause users problems (when set to Always).

Also thinking that an Always setting should come with some sort of double confirmation & or link to specific KB detailing its workings & pitfalls.

"Always" means that only HTTPS sites can be allowed.
This obviously causes all sorts of confusion if you don't know what you're doing
