activate noscript for a user account

I successfully use no script with my administrator account on windows 7. I want to activate/install it on the same computer but on a user account. I've searched and not found, I'm sure it's simple, i just don't find the procedure. thanks

While logged in with the user account:
- Browse with Firefox to
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/722
- Click on the Green "Add to Firefox" button
- In the resulting Software Installation dialog, click the Install Now button
- After NoScript has been subsequently downloaded, click the Restart Firefox button to complete the installation.
