Noscript is consistently telling me that it is blocking my webmail because it suspects an XSS attack. This happens when I use computer A, booting into either linux or Vista, and on machine B when I boot into XP, but not when I use linux on computer B. (On the other hand, this is practically the first time I've actually used linux on computer B and I'm not getting offered any updates, so I'm not confident that either NoScript or Ubuntu is up to date).

I've tried Googling XSS but I'm well out of my depth. Does this mean my computers have been infected? If so, what can I do about it?

Are you using latest NS version, 1.9.9.69?

I wasn't but I am now. And I'm no longer getting that XSS message. So I presume I'm fixed and can sleep at nights again. Many thanks. I shall now go to your donation page.
