FlashGot changes the default download directory of Firefox

If I use FlashGot to put links in JDownloader,
FlashGot changes the default download directory of Firefox
to that download directory I selected in JDownloader using FlashGot
for the links to be downloaded.
This happens randomly sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't.
Firefox -> Options -> Main -> Save files to <---- I am talking about this one.
