'allow capchya.net' is misnamed ..

Since 'capchya' 'allow/disallow' ability was added, and where the default seems to be 'forbid capchya's' ,
a user wouild not necessarily associate the option to allow them when the option does not SAY 'allow capchyas'..
it says 'allow capchya.net' .. totally misleading....
Why not change it: to be: "allow/disallow capchya's"
The user is misled to believe that the existing option label prevents connections to 'capchya.net' .
