Maybe the author of NoScript can make it easier to work with other sites besides Paypal.
Like if you whitelist a site in NoScript it will look for the https://arstechnica.com/rules.abe file and if it exists it can prompt the user to allow the other sites (doubliclick.net) when loading, if the user okays the ABE rules they can be automatically be created. If the rules.abe files changes on the domain it will re prompt to allow the new changes.
