I was faced with the problem, that when a chat message arrives instead of sound FlashGot runs Download Magnager I download the files and offers to download (http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/sound/pop.mp3) what to do there were no such inconvenience (Sorry for my bad English)

Disable FlashGot Options|Downloads|Autostart downloads.

Which download manager are you using?
Does the problem actually go away after disabling FlashGot from Tools|Add-ons and restarting the browser?

I using Download Master (5.6.2.1191). After disable FlashGot of Addons and restart the browser everything exactly the problem persists, shut down completely Download Master (Right click on it > Exit) but once the message in a chat program (Download Master) turns up and asked about the pumping pop.mp3

This means the problem is not from FlashGot, but from Download Master.
Please check Download Master's options and ensure that its "Firefox" or "Mozilla" plugin integration is turned off.
