I've been using Noscript for about 1.5 years now. Its very effective as an an on-line security tool!
Help I need today is the following:
When visiting sites with multimedia content, which Noscript mostly blocks, I want to view the "main" video feature "UNBLOCKED" without selecting "Temporarily Allow All". As an example, if the "main" video on the page is Adobe Flash .FLV or other standard video formats (AVI, MPG, WMV, etc.) I want it to play normally, again, without selecting "Temporarily Allow All". In some cases there are dozens of feeds/embedded content sources in the "Blocked Objects", "Recently Blocked Sites", and "Untrusted" lists, so its nearly impossible to figure out which one needs to be "Allowed". I'm thinking there must be an option in Noscript that will allow ALL video formats to run normally, blocking the remaining Noscript threats.
Noscript really needs to work on their FAQ and HELP files for this excellent product. I'm very technically savvy, but sorry, their documentation is a meandering, novel approach writing style that just makes my hair hurt! GET TO THE POINT! Please.
thx to all!

Re: ALLOW ALL Video Content Only - How?
I just click the blocked contents placeholder. Sometimes I need to Temporarily Allow the top-level site first, but usually not. I've never needed to Temporarily Allow All. Why doesn't that approach work for you? Could you give a specific URL where you have a problem? If it's still necessary, we may be able to give you more effective help.
