[Resolved] Assorted issues with FF3.6+no script

I recently up(not really up)graded from Firefox 2 to firefox 3.6. After loading noscript, I receive several issues with firefox. It definitely is Noscript doing this because I turned off all other extensions, and they still occurred. Also, if I disable noscript with all the others functioning, everything is fine.
One is that some sites just don't load right, even when "allow this page" is chosen. For example Wikipedia. Often a Wikipedia article will open without a side panel. This only happens when Noscript is on.
Some sites cause all pages to stop loading for a while. One example is IGN, even though I've given it all the permissions I can think of, searches at IGN produce a page cannot be displayed screen. Then for a few minutes after, no websites will load. I have to close firefox a couple times before I can open pages again. This only happens when noscript is enabled, even by itself. It has happened with other sites, but IGN is the one I can replicate.
Even temporarily allowing all of a page doesn't always allow the whole page.
Noscript used to be so less complicated.

Are you using Adblock Plus as well?

No, but as I said in my first post, this happens even if I disable all other extensions.

Edit:
Seems the IGN thing is happening now even without noscript. Even in safemode in firefox. Sorry about that. The issue still stands with wikipedia and other sites that still don't quite work right even when everything is allowed.

I'm unable to reproduce any of tessmctessy's problems on a fresh profile that has no other extensions installed.
Windows XP SP3
Fx 3.6 with default theme and only NoScript 1.9.9.47
Either there's something different with the platform Windows NT 5.2, or something's screwed up in the profile. I suggest tessmctessy create a new
profile, install only NoScript 1.9.9.47 in it, and inform us how that works out.

It might just be an issue with a corrupt profile. Sometimes the Prefs.js gets messed up. If all else fails, start a new profile and export your previous things into it and see if that clears it up. I cannot reproduce it either.

Created a brand new profile, and after loading no script and only noscript (except for the pre-loaded extensions), tested out wikipedia after allowing all the page, still got this when searched "firefox":

Which preloaded extensions?
Looking at your screenshots, it seems you're missing some stylesheets.
However that page looks fine for me, no matter if allowed or forbidden in NoScript.

The ones listed in the pic, they were already there when the profile was created. The issue still happens even if I disable them all.

Did you restart the browser after disabling them?
Do you get any error message in
Tools|Error Console when you load that page?
Have you got any personal firewall / proxy with "web protection" (like ZoneAlarm)? If so, could you try temporarily disabling it?

1: Yes I restarted after disabling.
2: Error message and warnings can be seen here:
http://i45.tinypic.com/91m53t.jpg
The line the error (not warning) is pointing to is:
"importScriptURI(metaBase+"/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Wikiminiatlas.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript&smaxage=21600&maxage=86400")" (Without the quotes at the beginning or end.)
3: Happens even when firewall and antivirus are turned off.

1) Loading problems like you've pictured can be caused by a problem in the Firefox cache. Clear it out.
Click
Tools > Advanced > Network > Clear Now
2) Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant is a known troublemaker. Uninstall it.
How to remove the .NET Framework Assistant for Firefox
Use Method 2.
Edit: Microsoft Automatic Updates may try to reinstall the .NET Framework Assistant for Firefox as a High-priority update:
Update to .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 for the .NET Framework Assistant 1.0 x86 (KB963707). If it's offered to you again, refuse the update and tick
Don't show this update again.

Did both, no change at all.

That indicates something's fundamentally wrong and NoScript may be just exacerbating it. If the IGN in safe mode is still screwing up reliably, then I suggest you continue troubleshooting in safe mode.
