This was one at Yahoo where "Shift + click" would not work.The placeholder remained and another window opened with trivial detail everytime.

Can't seem to generate that.
I can only come up with one small Flash placeholder (about above where SEARCH POTPOURRI shows).
And that I can Shift+click.
