block a specific javascript from loading

Right now I am not interested in blocking websites and their javascripts.
I am only interested in preventing from loading or executing two very specific javascripts which are pretty much ubiquitous on the web: urchin.js and ga.js
These are javascripts related to Google Analytics that create a number of cookies for the purpose of tracking the user.
I have already blocked the domain google-analytics.com which successfully prevents most of these cookies from being set from websites across the web. But on certain websites, such as the Firefox Addons website, the javascripts are kept locally and are not loaded from google-analytics.com. So in cases like this, I would like to just prevent the specific javascripts from loading, while allowing every other script in the page from loading.
Can NoScript do this?
