KID FRIENDLY

I am aware that you can configure the domains then hide the app so that the only way to access options is thru hotkey or Tools-addons-etc. The problem I am having is that Adds or scripts that are blocked have a noscript logo on them and can be clicked and allowed to run. I am hoping there is away to hide them altogether as I would like to clean up the sites my children access frequently which have minor spyware, cookies etc which I can block. But If they can just click and allow an ad that kink of defeats the purpose for me. Is there anyway to hide this or password protect it?
