[RESOLVED] yet again flashgot doesn't work for me too

i can't get the download links to work with flashgot..... from rapidshare.com....
anywhere i can get previous version of flashgot?

But again, there's no reason at all for this happening.
Did you recently upgrade anything else (notice that latest FlashGot has been around for a week now)?

Anyway, please let me know if the problem disappears downgrading to 1.2.1.09, and if it does, try at least once again with 1.2.1.10.

Are you using a premium account?
Is the "direct links" option enabled?

yes i have premium account with more than enough traffic share, and i have enabled direct downloading too (4 times re-enabling)

That link is working fine for me (100MB).
Please double check

1. That you're already logged in your premium account when you grab the link
2. That "Send cookies" is enabled in FlashGot Options|Privacy
3. That you've no Internet Explorer cookies for Rapidshare (Internet Options|Browsing history|Delete|Cookies

if i open in firefox, it can download normally.
but if i grab the link using "flashgot link / flashgot selection" it will result in 6.84kb htm file.


my rapidshare setting

already deleted IE cookies and to no avail.


works fine with:
hotfile, megaupload, and uploading.com

turns out, i put my configuration for site logins in Internet Download Manager incorrectly...... i mistyped the username......

My premium account with Hotfile doesn't work. I'm logging into Hotfile and cookies also.
I use Orbit downloader.
I have to open the link into Hotfile page before it downloads anything at all. That sucks
Any help out there? Plz

See if this link (& the linked link) helps with your Hotfile.com issue, [RESOLVED] flashgot only about 13 KB of each rar file. (I.e., check your cookies on the IE end.)

No doesn't resolve my problems.
I can't download a group of rar files from my premium Hotfile account like I was able to do with my premium Rapidshares account.
Just won't work for Hotfile at all. NOT GOOD.

Please notice that FlashGot have never been tested (nor has ever claimed to work) with hotfile.com.
To do that I need to buy a premier account and spend some time reverse-engineering their download workflow.
If you want to speedup this process, feel free to contribute

May I add a little extra to this thread...

I only use Flashget 1.73 for all my downloading. Still the best in my opinion.

I have premium accounts with Rapidshare, Megaupload and Hotfile.
I download from all three with the following settings and restrictions:
1. All three accounts have been entered into the Site Manager area - Username and password
2. For Rapidshare downloads I must select Login to server on each download. This is a checkbox on the Flashget download screen.
I leaves this permanently checked, regardless of which site I download from. It only seems to affect Rapidshare downloads
3. Megaupload works perfectly for any download. It does not seem to be affected by 2. above and has never failed to start downloading
4. Hotfile is the most problematic. It too is not affected by 2. In order to download however, the links must be selected with one of the Flashgot/Flashget right click commands. If you try to download using right click copy or Ctrl C, the download fails.
