Flashgot Media youtube

I've noticed that flashgot media now works with the vevo music videos on youtube! 
My problem is that it only downloads as flv files. Is there a way to download the videos as a mp4 through flashgot, instead of converting the flv to an mp4 after the download just takes to long and the video loses its quality.
