A few weeks ago, I started having problems using my Eye-Fi; specifically, getting the online manager to communicate with my card. After much gnashing of the teeth and multiple emails to their tech support, they told me a recent NoScript update was the cause, and unless I wanted to uninstall NoScript, my only option was to use... *gasp*... IE.
So I smashed my Eye-Fi card, uninstalled their software, and donated my camera to the needy.
Afterwards, I thought I should stop by here and see if this was a known issue. I found the segment in the FAQ to add to the ABE section. A quick step back in time allowed me to retroactively test that against the problem I was having. Sadly, my card is still smashed, software still uninstalled, and some starving kid is still gnawing my camera.
I would be happy to provide the contact information I have for Eye-Fi if needed.
Thank you.

Re: NoScript and Eye-Fi
Sorry for your odissey.
Or you, as a discontented user, could tell them that their ill advice caused you a financial loss, asking them for a refund and to include NoScript's FAQ in their knowledge base...JonathanMurray wrote:I would be happy to provide the contact information I have for Eye-Fi if needed.
