Hi
I have a problem that between Firefox restarts the setting "Scripts globally allowed" is always on.
This is on my computer at work, at home it's works.
Any ideas what's wrong?
I looked in prefs.js, but there is no such setting, and in noscript.js it's false.
I tried to Reset from noscripts Option, but after a FF restart it's on again.
FF 3.5.7, Windows XP Pro SP3
NoScript 1.9.9.39

My thought would have been Advanced | HTTPS Behavior -> Always, but a Reset would have taken care of setting it back to the default, Never.
Only other thing that comes to mind, is that you have noscript.global "hard coded" to True in user.js.
(Possibility that some other extension is changing the NoScript setting to Global Allow? Disable all other extensions leaving only NoScript enabled. Reset NoScript, restart your browser & see if the problem persists.)

Re: Scripts globally allowed always on after FF restart
Might it help if the OP reported the value of the noscript.global option in normal and safe mode? This might be easier than disabling all extensions except for NoScript.therube wrote:My thought would have been Advanced | HTTPS Behavior -> Always, but a Reset would have taken care of setting it back to the default, Never.

Are you using Policy Manager? It's incompatible with NoScript.
More in general, could you disable all your extensions and check if the problem persists?

Yes I was using Policy Manager. Disabling it solved the problemGiorgio Maone wrote:Are you using Policy Manager? It's incompatible with NoScript.
