FireFox, NoScript, and Youtube are not playing nice

I started a topic over on the Youtube support forums for this
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/y ... 663f&hl=en
And I've come to the conclusion that NoScript is interfering with Youtube, even though I have Youtube whitelisted. Copying and pasting what I wrote there:
When browsing Youtube, regardless of what page I am trying to load, a good 50-75% of the time Firefox will pop open the "Save As..." dialog, asking me if I want to save the page. In other words:
1.) I go to "Youtube.com"
2.) I click "Subscriptions"
3.) Firefox brings up a window saying:
"Opening my_subscriptions
You have chosen to open my_subscriptions which is a application/octet-stream from http://www.youtube.com/
What should Firefox do with this file?
* Open File With... [Browse]
* Save File"
If I cancel out of this window, I will not be able to load the Subscriptions page for close to an hour or so. If I choose to save the "file", the download never initiates. I've tried to uninstall and then re-install Flash and it doesn't seem to help, and it happens on pages that don't even have flash on them.
I started Firefox up in safe mode and after clicking two or three dozen link around Youtube at random, the problem seemed to be gone. I started it back up in "normal mode" but disabled all of my add-ons and slowly re-enabled them, one at a time, until the problem came back.
First I enabled Adblock, then DownloadHelper, and finally, NoScript. When I enabled NoScript, the problem came back. It doesn't matter if Youtube is whitelisted, if Global Scripts are allowed or disallowed, if NoScript is enabled and I'm browsing Youtube, this problem occurs.
I consider NoScript pretty essential to my FireFox browsing and having to disable it to use Youtube is a bummer.
