error while seeking to upload files

A strange thing occurs as I try to upload files on http://www.zshare.net.
At first, I wanted to upload a file about 96 MB is size, but received an error, that went

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script: chrome://noscript/content/RequestWatchdog.js:1775"

and

"ERROR: Failed to find flength file"

However, as I attempted to upload another file, about 7 MB in size, this one went smoothly.
NoScript having been disabled and the first file tried again, all went well.
The same thing happens with both Firefox 3.5.7 and SeaMonkey 2.0.1
