@ Giorgio: Isn't the *real* issue not the redirects, but the fact that the site is detecting the presence of Adblock Plus? Forbidding the redirect still wouldn't make the site happy, although I understand that you would try to make a surrogate that would convince the page that the ads were allowed.
@ Doktor-X: Possible workaround: Allow the site in Adblock plus, but forbid images from cpalead.com in Firefox > Tools > Options > Content > Load Images Automatically > Exceptions. Enter cpalead.com > Block > Close > OK. This should block all image ads (very few ads are text these days), and NoScript will block their scripts, while you still are allowing it in Adblock Plus.
If you are adventuresome: I'd like to see the site address, because I still use the original adblocker,
Adblock Original, which does *not* seem to be detected by such sites, and I'd like to try it at your site. However, the original version hasn't been maintained for several years, and is not Fx 3+ compatible. But one of our forum members (not a Support Team member),
computerfreaker, has developed a test version of
Adblock Original that I am running as we speak, and seems fully compatible on Fx 3.5+ on XP SP 2.
If you would like to volunteer to test his version on your platform, we can put you in touch with him.
