Hello,
Today I noticed that he newest version of NoScript is 1.9.9.26.
By checking through Firefox, the version offered is 1.9.9.22.
I went ahead and installed the 26 version but could someone please tell me why the 4 version gap between Firefox and the developer is there?

AMO hasn't finished vetting NoScript 1.9.9.26 yet. Until then, the newest version available through
Tools > Add-ons > Extensions > Find Updates is version 1.9.9.22.

Edit: You can see the newer versions of NoScript that have been submitted to AMO at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... rsions/722. The ones that AMO hasn't released yet are marked Experimental.
