[Resolved] General Bustage in 1.9.9.23

Looks to be a General Bustage in 1.9.9.23.

In addition to other screwiness, see, Flash not working in Colbertnation.com with 1.9.9.23

PS: Not sure I'm noticing any difference with this, x Reduced disk activity on permission change (thanks al9_x for RFE)

(And actually acting similar to what I described yesterday, NoScript has become somewhat ineffectual, though that is not the situation.)

Even an Allow (of yahoo.com & ytimg.com, not Temp Allow) is not working until the page is manually refreshed, Inconvenient Question to Al Gore.
