Noscript opens a tab everytime Firefox opened

Hi!

The latest build 1.9.9.22 have caused strange phenomenon where every time I open Firefox a 'Noscript updated' tab will open at the same time. How can I disable this?

This is probably not a NoScript-specific issue, but more likely http://support.mozilla.com/it/kb/Prefer ... +not+saved
