domains missing from NS menu after back navigation

1) start with a new 3.5.5 profile and default NS settings
2) forbid iframes
3) go to http://michaelx1974.blogspot.com/
4) you should get 6 domains in the menu: infosniper.net, blogger.com, vimeo.com, googlesyndication.com, gmodules.com, blogspot.com. Only googlesyndication.com is allowed, the rest are not, none are untrusted
5) navigate to a different page, the first vimeo link (DNS Rebinding with Robert RSnake Hansen) will do
6) go back (browser back button)
7) half of the domains are missing from the menu (infosniper.net, vimeo.com, gmodules.com)
8) a refresh restores them

Confirmed using NoScript 1.9.9.19
- Also, after step 6, the Blocked Objects menu selection is missing.

.20 restores the "Blocked Objects" sub-menu, but the three domains are still missing from the menu
