It appears freep.com have figured out how to disallow viewing the comments page if ANY scripts are blocked.
Is there a way around this? It looks like they do a round-robin every time the page is reloaded, incrementing through a list of obnoxious 3rd party scripts. I have a long, long list of offensive script providers from that site blocked. Even Allow Globally doesn't seem to work.

Allow Globally works for me there, but that site is too nasty to even consider...NinerSevenTango wrote:Allow Globally doesn't seem to work.

Nasty is the word, that's why the only redeeming value of the site is the comments section.Giorgio Maone wrote:Allow Globally works for me there, but that site is too nasty to even consider...NinerSevenTango wrote:Allow Globally doesn't seem to work.
Do you suppose there is any way to thwart their new scheme? They run a lot of scripts from a lot of sites. I'd really like to be able to give them a piece of my mind without having to bend over and be quiet for them in the process.
