soft: MF 3.5.5 + NS 1.9.9.15
trouble: rmbn.ru, popunder.ru, dt00.net, carnage.ru are deny. rustorka.com is allowed. but NS-bar don't gone.

I also showed a fairlink.ru & a post.rmbn.ru:81.
Once I got rid of them, then the message bar notification went away.
