How to allow more sites at a time before refresh?

How can I allow/forbid more than 1 site at a time before it refreshes? I've seen someone using this script before and he used his mouse to allow multiple sites from the menu, and then when he clicked away, it does a refresh, but when I do it, it refreshes individually PER site. Thank you in advance!
