javascript being blocked from ALL sites

The most recent update has NoScript blocking javascript from all web sites including trusted sites. I disabled the app and everything loaded ok after that. I've never had a problem with NoScript until the last update.

Check to see if you didn't enable ...
Options | Advanced -> HTTPS --> Behavior ---> Forbid active web content... => Always
... by chance. If you did, set it to "Never".

therube raised one good possibility. (If you go to your bank or other SSL-secured site, do scripts run properly?)
Another possibility: When you updated to Fx 3.5.4 recently (possibly at the same time as the NS update), did Firefox Tools > Options > Content > "Enable JavaScript" perhaps become unchecked?
