FlashGot is Downloading Everything

For some reason FlashGot is intercepting everything I click on weather it be a website or something on the website that is loading. It is very annoying because I have to restart the website every time that happens. Is there any way to make it less annoying so that it does not try to take everything?

By default FlashGot does not take on your downloads unless you use its explicit commands or you check its FlashGot Options|Downloads|Autostart downloads option.
What download manager are you using?
Might it be you enabled its own separate integration plugin, and that is overriding all your downloads?
