After installing 1.9.9.07 version some js functionalities has stopped to work under Mozilla Firefox (3.5.3) and XPSP2. I discovered that on eBay site where almost nothing under js works anymore. Another computer with FF3.5.3/XPSP2 but NoScript 1.9.8.8 works fine.

Concrete reproducible example?
Are scripts enabled on the failing page?
Does NoScript Options|Reset help?

Reset - no gain
Scripts enabled
Examples:
http://www.ebay.it
scrolldown menu at top-right
magnify on object main image on the left
mouseover on more images under main image (i.e.
http://cgi.ebay.it/Oscilloscopio-milita ... 286.c0.m14)
Txs

I've concluded this test on my second PC:
- updated NoScript from 1.9.8.8 to 1.9.9.07 (after a Ghost image so I'm able to go back)
it's still working well.
Maybe the problems on my first PC are not due to NoScript and it's just a coincidence that problems started after NoScript updating.
I'm going to make a fresh FF3.5.3 installation.

I'm still unable to reproduce, but please check if your problem persists with
latest development build 1.9.9.08, thanks.

1.9.9.08 alone didn't solve the problem
A fresh FF3.5.3 installation solved the problem.
Now 1.9.9.07 works well.
