FlashGot Brings Up Download Dialog Rather Then DM

FlashGot 1.2.0.6 Alt+Click Brings Up the (Windows) Download Dialog Rather Then my Download Manager - sometimes.
Perhaps, I'm tired & lazy in my clicks, & I'm just missing it (it's certainly possible), or maybe there is something up with the current version? Not sure?
