Open Settings Button does not switch to that new tab

When viewing permissions for a page, and clicking on the
S
icon, the settings open in a new tab (last tab position regardless of position of current tab) but focus is not directed to that tab.
It would be better if focus were sent to the newly opened settings tab as this is clearly the desire of the user. If that tab could open in position n+1 from calling tab n, then that would be a bonus.
