Chrome Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Noscript 12.0.8
Temporarily set top-level sites to TRUSTED - checked

when the extension is disabled, visiting websites (eg this forum <viewforum.php?f=7> ) has no error in the console
when the extension is enabled, many error occured with "[Report Only] Refused to ... because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive ..."

You can safely ignore any `[Report Only]` line.
They're there to provide NoScript UI with the necessary feedback about page activity which is missing in Manifest V3.
