Is there a way on Noscript to block certain file extensions from being downloaded?.I tried it on ublock but there doesn't appear to ba a way of doing this.

I can block with my antivirus, but I would also like to block on Tor which bypasses my antivirus (and host file).

This is not currently possible in NoScript. It will become possible when ABE is brought back. No idea the current status of that effort.
