NoScript blocking K9 Web Protection Alert

I have a program on my computer that is called "Blue Coat K9 Web Protection" that is designed to block access to web sites that are in categories to be blocked. It has been working correctly on my computer for some time but when I installed NoScript, and then tried to access a web site (http://[edited out].com) that should be blocked. I got the following message from NoScript and the K9 Web Protection Alert did not come up. Is there something I can do to allow the "K9" blocking without disabling ABE?

Request {http://127.0.0.1:2372/blockpage?id=2376 <<<http://[edited out].com/, chrome://browser/content/browser.xul, chrome://browser/content/browser.xul} Filtered by ABE: <Local> deny

Blocking still works, just the blocking message isn't shown because it gets blocked by NoScript.

Open NoScript Options → Advanced → ABE, select the SYSTEM ruleset, click "Edit" and insert the following rule at the beginning of the file:
# K9 Web Protection blocking page
Site http://127.0.0.1:2372
Accept

When I select Edit ABE Ruleset, I get a windows error saying it doesn't know what program to open to edit it. What program should I use to edit it?

I appreciate NoScript and all your help

Notepad will work.

I also appreciate this fix, as I've been having the same problem.
