[Resolved] Enable JavaScript while keeping NoScript active
Hi, is there a way to keep JavaScript enabled, while keeping NoScript active? I couldn't find any info about this online

"Keep JavaScript enabled, while keeping NoScript active" could mean a few different things that are possible, so if you would like more details, could you please be more specific what you have in mind?

Re: Enable JavaScript while keeping NoScript active
NoScript automatically disables JavaScript in Firefox on Linux which breaks a lot of websites. I'd like to keep JS on while also using NoScript everywhere so that webpages dont break on me

Re: Enable JavaScript while keeping NoScript active
You could
NoScript | Options | General -> Temporarily set top-level sites to TRUSTED
which might help some.
Otherwise, sounds like you'd want something that worked on a blacklist basis (where NoScript is based on a whitelist basis).

Re: Enable JavaScript while keeping NoScript active
NoScript Options > General, in Default tab, check "script" (and also "unrestricted CSS" since that's not useful to disallow where JS is allowed)
This method allows using NoScript's per-site permissions system for other capabilities. And to disable individual site's JS while keeping JS enabled by default, you can explicitly set the site Untrusted.
