[Resolved] Not Working In Private Browsing - 127.0a1

Post by Mad_Man_Moon »

I will check for an app update after this but using private browsing for the first time since yesterday's extension update and the extension doesn't show in the extensions flyout menu.

I have screenshots, but I'm not sure what value they have showing nothing. 8-)

Fully OK being told this is a "me" issue, and not posting this with any expectation of entitlement to a response.

But it that is the case, and it is something obvious that I don't know about, then hopefully others experiencing the same thing can get what they need from the thread.

Looks like it was a "me" issue.

Updated, now working in private browsing on nightly.

Not Working In Private Browsing
Oh yeah, I forgot about that little'ol trick.

FF, by default, disables extension in Private Mode.
So unless you explicitly enable the extension for Private Windows, you won't see it.

If that was the issue, then to me it is not a "me" issue, rather a logic flaw on FF's end.
