How to trust all for one domain name extension.

Have an issue with sites that can create infinite domain names using the same extension.
Example:
wenvoow.house
349928.house
bniopwp.house
jowieosm.house

I would like to temporarily trust everything coming from the .house extension.

Im sure this is covered somewhere, so if you could tell me how I should've searched this it would be appreciated. I searched "trust all from one extension" and "one extension".

Why?

That behavior is a red flag NOT to trust it.
